We have a recipe here, and we would encourage you to experiment with what you like.
Some people love almond, coconut or soy milk. We love oat as it's naturally sweet. Some people love it with no milk, just water.
You can add spices like cinnamon, ground cardamom, chilli, ginger, or vanilla extract. Or food-grade essential oils like lavender, rose or wild orange (be very careful to only use a drop as they are super strong!).
And lastly, you can add sweetener if you like. Try maple syrup, honey, date syrup or coconut sugar. But we do suggest only a tiny bit of sweetener :)

what to do with cacao?
Well, thank you for asking! The most popular way to consume this cacao is to make a hot or iced cacao drink.
Simply chop the cacao block and melt in milk of choice or water. It chops and melts easily, as its untempered.
Here's a recipe for hot cacao drink.
Natural Stimulant
theobromine
Cacao is rich in Theobromine, a natural stimulant very similar to caffeine, but without the jittery effects - making it a fab morning beverage to get you energised for the day.
Many people also have it in the afternoon/ early evening as it's also high in magnesium, so it has some calming effects. It's up to you - if you're sensitive to stimulants we advise to drink yours earlier in the day.
What else can I use it for?
in baking
You can also use the pure cacao block in baking or to make your own chocolate. The beauty of the 100% cacao is that you can decide how much, and what, sweetener you want to add (or not add at all).
Be mindful that you probably wouldn't sub dark chocolate for cacao in the same ratio, as the cacao will be stonger and more bitter.
