pure cacao block [300g]
Pure, organic, single-origin cacao to chop and melt into a hot cacao drink for a gentle, energising lift without the jitters.
Pure cacao block to chop and melt in water or milk of choice to make a delicious, nourishing cacao latte.
If you prefer this pre-grated, check out our pure grated cacao.
It chops easily as it's untempered (fancy term that just means we haven't reheated and cooled the cacao in a further production step).
Make yourself a hot or iced cacao with this pure cacao, or use it in baking or to make your own chocolate with your desired sweetness as you can add as much, or as little sweetener as you desire.
Here's a hot cacao recipe.

This is very much up to you. We have a recipe here, and we would encourage you to experiment with what you like.
Some people love almond, coconut or soy milk. We love oat as it's naturally sweet. Some people love it with no milk, just water.
You can add spices like cinnamon, ground cardamom, chilli, ginger, or vanilla extract. Or food-grade essential oils like lavender, rose or wild orange (be very careful to only use a drop as they are super strong!).
And lastly, you can add sweetener if you like. Try maple syrup, honey, date syrup or coconut sugar. But we do suggest only a tiny bit of sweetener :)
pure cacao block [300g]
Was initially reluctant to embrace Cacao based on what I thought would be a big effort to make 🤔 but I was proved wrong! It's super quick to make, almost therapeutic. And delicious! I even have to make extra for the teenagers. Perfect for the mid afternoon slump when it's too late in the day for coffee!
Tried the cacao blocks as an alternative to coffee based on reviews and the information provided on the nibbed website. Delicious! I prefer coconut to oat milk and will be continuing to buy.
Love it, a great taste and truly divine in nature.
Great service, quality product
