Recipe | Rocky road cacao bark

Here's a healthy snack you can make that will satisfy your sweet and nutty cravings, but with no refined added sugar.
Maggie Dolan, a fabulous customers of ours, created this combo and we love it!
ingredients
- 100g chopped cacao block
- 1 tbs nut butter of choice (like peanut, almond, cashew or tahini)
- 1 tsp chicory root syrup by HomeSpun
- A splash of oat milk or oat cream
- Handful of dried fruit
- Handful of nuts
- Handful of coconut chips
- Optional extras or substitutes: vanilla extract / dried raspberries / rosewater
method
- Melt the cacao in a bowl, place over a pot with a little water (bain-marie)
- Add in the oat milk or oat cream
- Stir in the peanut butter
- Pour onto a paper parchment lined tray
- Sprinkle over the nuts and fruit
- Let cool, then place in fridge to harden
- Chop it up however you like - big or small pieces
