How to make it
You’ll need:

1 tsp tahini (the runnier, the better)

200ml oat milk (or coconut)

Pinch of sea salt

Optional: 1-2 tsp maple syrup or date syrup, to taste
The method:

Add milk to a small saucepan and heat gently.

Add cacao and froth until cacao melts and it’s silky smooth.

Add in tahini, salt and sweetener (if using). Froth again for max creaminess.

Pour into your favourite cup. Sip slowly. Re-centre.
