We’re calling it now - this is your new go-to. Like, forget everything you thought you knew about hot drinks. This one’s rich, nutty, dark and creamy with just enough sweetness to keep it interesting. Enter: Tahini Cacao.

Yes, tahini. In your cacao. Trust us.

Why it works

Think: a grown-up hot chocolate with depth. Tahini adds a subtle earthiness and velvety body to your cup — like the best kind of cosy blanket for your insides. Cacao brings the rich, dark chocolate flavour and gentle lift. Together? Magic.

How to make it

You’ll need:

  • 2.5 tbsp Nibbed pure cacao (grated or block)

  • 1 tsp tahini (the runnier, the better)

  • 200ml oat milk (or coconut)

  • Pinch of sea salt

  • Optional: 1-2 tsp maple syrup or date syrup, to taste

The method:

  1. Add milk to a small saucepan and heat gently.

  2. Add cacao and froth until cacao melts and it’s silky smooth.

  3. Add in tahini, salt and sweetener (if using). Froth again for max creaminess.

  4. Pour into your favourite cup. Sip slowly. Re-centre.
