ingredients

  • 40g pure cacao (melted)

  • 400g coconut-based greek-style yoghurt

  • 80g chia seeds

  • 1 tsp honey (or to taste)

  • fresh fruit to serve (berries work perfectly 🍓)

how to make it

1. melt your cacao
gently melt your pure cacao until smooth and glossy.

2. mix your base
in a bowl, combine the melted cacao with your coconut yoghurt.

3. add the good stuff
stir in chia seeds and honey, mixing well until everything is fully combined.

4. let it set
pop it into the fridge and leave it to thicken and set.

5. serve & enjoy
top with fresh fruit and dig in 🤎
