Think overnight oats meets Tiramisu, but with a healthy twist. We're talking layers of creamy oats, tangy coconut kefir and rich, prebiotic-loaded pure cacao.  Basically, it's all the things you love about breakfast, with some extra love for your gut! 

 Here's what you'll find in each delicious mouthful:

We've included the recipe below so you can whip up this gut-friendly delight at home!

Cacaomisu Recipe

  • 30g rolled oats
  • 2 tbsp coconut kefir
  • 100ml coconut milk (or milk of choice)
  • 20g pure cacao
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds or flaxseeds
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon ceylon cinnamon 
  • Pinch of sea salt (if you like)
  • 4 tbsp your fav yoghurt 
  • 1 tsp maple syrup
  • Toppings (optional): Fresh berries, chopped nuts, shredded coconut


1. In a jar or container, combine rolled oats, coconut kefir, coconut milk, , chia seeds, vanilla extract, cinnamon and salt. Stir well to combine and ensure all oats are coated.

2. Melt your cacao (click this link to find out how) and mix with yoghurt and maple syrup.

3. Layer the cacao yoghurt on top of the oats.

4. Cover and refrigerate overnight, or for at least 4 hours.

5. In the morning, stir the mixture again and top with your favourite toppings. Enjoy!
