about us

meet lisa
It was during the 2020 lockdown that Lisa Kleiner first dove deep into the world of cacao. A qualified chef with a lifelong love for flavour, Lisa’s passion goes beyond taste—she also holds a Degree in Nutrition and a Master’s in Sport and Exercise Nutrition from the University of Ulster.
What started as kitchen table experiments soon became a full-blown obsession. The more she learned about the bean behind chocolate, the more she uncovered its incredible health benefits. Inspired by its richness—both in flavour and function—Lisa took a leap and pivoted her business to become a bean-to-bar cacao producer.

meet anna
Early on in the idea phase, Lisa’s niece Anna O’Sullivan caught wind of what Lisa was up to—and couldn’t resist getting involved. Her own love for cacao was quickly growing, and she wanted in. With a background in design and wellness marketing, she was the perfect complement to Lisa’s food and nutrition expertise. Never one to shy away from a challenge, Anna jumped headfirst into everything from photography and packaging design to sales and branding.
No sugar, no jitters, no weird stuff. Just pure organic cacao that actually tastes amazing.
We make pure cacao drinks that are rich, dark and kind of addictive — like a hot chocolate grew up, ditched the sugar, and became your new coffee alternative.
Started by an Irish aunt-and-niece duo, everything we do is about feeling good: calm energy, clearer focus, and a daily ritual that feels like a hug in a mug.

organic
All our cacao is certified organic, which means no pesticides, no synthetic fertilisers, and no shady shortcuts. Just pure, nutrient-rich cacao grown the way nature intended. We’re certified by Organic Trust, which involves rigorous checks, traceability, and annual inspections — it’s not something you can just pay for. Being organic isn’t just a label for us — it’s a commitment to better farming, better soil, and a better drink in your cup.
