Ingredients
- 20g nibbed cacao block / nibbed grated cacao
- 1/4 cup hot water (not boiling)
- 1/2 cup coconut milk
- 1/2 frozen courgette
- lots of ice 1tbsp
- flaxseed 2tbsp
- collagen / vegan protein powder
- a dash of ceylon cinnamon
- 1 date
- 1tsp organic hazelnut butter
- pinch of Himalayan pink salt
Method:
1. Add that hot (but not boiling) water to your blender with the cacao. Blitz it for 5 seconds.
2. Now throw in all the other goodies (except the fancy toppings for later). Blend until smooth and creamy. Think chocolate milkshake dreams come true.
3. Pour that deliciousness into your favourite glass and get fancy. Sprinkle some extra grated cacao and cinnamon on top for that Insta-worthy finish.
