Our cacao teas are quite unique. We seperate the outer shell (husk) from the inner nib and use this husk as the 'leaves', blended with 100% pure cacao pieces, real dehydrated oranges and a small bit of cardamom.

This is a zero waste product as we use the whole bean and there's absolutely no food waste left.

The teas are quite light, if you're looking for something a little richer and thicker go for a hot chocolate spoon or our bestsellers the cacao blocks.

All natural, no sugar added whatsoever.

Cacao Tea Orange and Cardamom

New to using cacao and purchased this as a kind of gate way means of getting into it. I'm a fan of herbal teas generally; I don't drink any caffeinated drinks or normal tea. Love the smell and I'm getting used to the cacao taste. It does leave quite a bit of sediment at the end of the mug even when strainer used; just something to be aware of.

I am officially addicted. Lovely warming smell and it tastes even better. I add a teaspoon of honey to mine and it gets rid of those chocolate cravings.

My morning coffee has just become even better with a spoon of grated Nibbed cacao mixed it. It dissolves so easily!

pure cacao grated

I normally buy the cacao blocks and chop it up myself but thought I would try this too. I'm so glad I did, this doesn't have to be blended when you are making your cacao. I have been taking it to work with me, mixing it with hot water and giving it a stir. So far there haven't been any bits which makes it very convenient for use when away from home with no access to a blender or foaming stick. Well done Nibbed Cacao 😁

I’ve wanted a tea strainer glass mug for ages and when I put my order in for cacao tea I knew I had purchase the mug also! It’s brilliant. It doesn’t leave a huge amount of sediment, very little in fact. My new favourite mug!

I have it almost every morning and I love it! It's healthy, delicious and is better value (the x3 cacao block bundle in particular) when compared with other cacaos I've tried in the past :)
